  1. In Annex A, corrected paragraph 2 in the section on the immigration health surcharge: ‘For non-urgent treatment, the providers commissioner funds 75% of this until the money is recovered from the patient’ has been changed to ‘For urgent and immediately necessary treatment, the provider’s commissioner funds 75% of this until the money is recovered from the patient’.

  2. Updated with information on access to healthcare for EU citizens now the Brexit transition period has ended, reflecting the terms of the UKEU Trade and Co-operation Agreement on reciprocal healthcare arrangements.
